Description

• Independently ideating, conceptualizing, and executing compelling artwork and assets • Creating designs, compositions, key art, and other creative marketing materials • Developing brand style guides that translate an in-game art style into a cohesive visual brand identity for Marketing the game • Directing the capture of in-engine models and assets for use in marketing designs and compositions • Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval promptly and meeting with the project team for feedback • Balancing delivering quality creative work while managing projects and timelines autonomously from kickoff to completion • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide art direction and creative feedback • Contributing innovative ideas and concepts to improve creative workflows and products • Leveraging contacts to trusted freelancers or agencies for additional creative support as needed • Contributing to a team culture that prides itself on excellence, innovation, trust, and respect

Requirements

• A love for playing and making amazing games • 5+ years of Graphic Design, Illustration, or Art experience • Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator • Able to capture assets in Unreal and various 3D spaces • Working knowledge of Figma, Miro, and presentation tools • Expert knowledge of Graphic Design and the creative development process • Showcases a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual design systems • Proven talent for creating and leading high-caliber creative work • Well-versed in all aspects of creative project management from inception to completion • Ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, with great time management skills • Receptive to feedback and open to constructive criticism • Capable of both individual contributor work and collaborative efforts • Willingness to handle a variety of hands-on tasks and responsibilities • Willing to take risks and learn from failure
