🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of post-college experience in advertising (background: Resourcing, Project Management, or Operations) • PM and/or RM certifications or classes are a plus! • Experience managing and identifying resources for project budgets up to $5M • Proven track record of developing and executing complex staffing plans across multiple departments • Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform resource data into strategic staffing decisions • Proactive problem-solver who develops creative solutions by approaching challenges from multiple angles • Track record of building strong partnerships with department heads and senior leadership • Autonomous and accountable for your work and responsibilities, managing up to your supervisor on an ongoing basis • Advanced proficiency in resource management platforms such as OpenAir, Mavenlink, Harvest/Forecast, Coda, and/or Asana • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with demonstrated ability to manage and analyze resource data
