🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of operational leadership in large multi-provider clinical settings (cardiology or chronic care preferred) • Expertise in patient scheduling, care management, insurance contracting, and billing ops • 3+ years experience managing telehealth operations across multiple states • Track record of managing 20+ staff across roles (MDs, NPs/PAs, MAs, schedulers, etc.) • Experience overseeing $10M+ clinical business and managing 10+ payer contracts • Strong grasp of EHRs, call center platforms, and reporting systems • Financial acumen and budget ownership chops
