📋 Description

• At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. • Moxie is looking for a Controller to take ownership of our financial operations, ensuring compliance, financial health, and strategic growth. • This role requires a balance between hands-on accounting work and high-level financial planning. • You’ll oversee corporate books, tax filings, financial reporting, and vendor management while optimizing financial systems and controls. • You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring compliance across Moxie’s managed corporations and scaling our financial infrastructure to support rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA certification required, with experience handling complex tax filings for small businesses. • Minimum of 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Proven experience with financial software, ERP systems, and automation tools. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively.
