Requirements

β€’ Excellent leadership and team management skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules. β€’ Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications. β€’ Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. β€’ Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker. β€’ Commitment to our values: β€’ Welcoming differences β€’ Being relationship-minded β€’ Practicing responsible participation β€’ Having grit
