Description

• Serve as a key HRIS applications resource, leading design, architecture, implementation and deployment of new functionality ensuring it aligns with business objectives. • Lead all aspects of the configuration, customization, and deployment of Workday modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation (Advanced), Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Absence). • Drive implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications and systems, including but not limited to Workday, Culture Amp, Greenhouse and Tristar. • Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. • Develop and enforce best practices for application usage across the organization. • Work with Workday SMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. • Collaborate with the People Team and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals. • Architect and lead HRIS-related projects, including planning, execution, deployment and monitoring. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials. • Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the HRIS systems.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Deep expertise in Workday HCM and its related modules. • Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within HRIS applications. • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. • Working knowledge of Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Tristar and Looker. • Commitment to our values: • Welcoming differences • Being relationship-minded • Practicing responsible participation • Having grit
