Description

• Provide strategic HR partnership, leadership coaching, and team-building support. • Champion change initiatives and evaluate HR processes for improvement. • Build relationships to enhance culture and employee experience. • Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent. • Facilitate evaluation process with business leaders. • Lead employee relations with managers and employees. • Ensure efficient delivery of human resources and strong leadership and counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred or equivalent experience. • HR Certification preferred. • 4+ years of progressive HR experience including leading an HR team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Multi-unit, multi-state HR experience within the retail industry is highly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. • Prior experience with UltiPro is preferred. • Ability to influence and drive organization, process, and change to align people strategy with business goals. • Proven success in delivering operations programs around performance management, culture, engagement, and retention. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required.
