Description

• Provide strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching • Champion change initiatives for continuous improvement • Build relationships to enhance culture and engagement • Partner with Recruiting for talent acquisition • Facilitate mid-year and year-end evaluation processes • Support managers in performance and feedback processes • Lead employee relations and resolve issues • Ensure consistent and streamlined HR delivery • Develop top-quality HR talent for high performance • Act as primary business partner for effective teams • Apply HR policies in compliance with laws • Facilitate exit interviews to gather improvement feedback • Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies and programs • Offer strategic business and thought partnership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred or equivalent experience • HR Certification preferred • 4+ years of progressive HR experience • Multi-unit, multi-state HR experience within the retail industry is highly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Prior experience with UltiPro is preferred • Proven ability to influence and drive organization, process, and change • Proven success in delivering operations programs around performance management • Proven ability to consult, partner, and influence leaders • Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action • Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment • Develops and drives accountability for self and others • Strong internal and external customer focus • Exhibits professionalism, maturity and discretion • Travel requirements up to 35%
