• Mozilla Corporation is a non-profit-backed technology company shaping the internet for better. • Anonym focuses on privacy preserving technologies in the advertising ecosystem. • You will be Anonym’s first product hire, shaping product vision. • Oversee execution of initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Collaborate with engineers and researchers on advertising, privacy, and analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or data science in the advertising technology industry. • Undergraduate degree, and ideally advanced degree, in a technical field, such as engineering, statistics or mathematics • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem. Direct experience building advertising products within a ‘walled garden’ or ‘open web’ ad stack; ideally both. • Experience with advertising analytics and algorithms. Experience with experimental design, machine learning and/or statistical methods are a plus. • Experience with privacy enhancing technologies such as differential privacy and trusted execution environments (or an interest in learning these technologies). • An understanding of, and ideally experience with, the data privacy landscape in advertising, including a working knowledge of relevant regulations and platform policies • A desire to work closely with customers to understand needs and refine product-market fit • Commitment to our values: • Welcoming differences • Being relationship-minded • Practicing responsible participation • Having grit
