📋 Description
• Hiring Immediately. • First point of contact within Service Desk Team. • Responsible for answering incoming calls and creating tickets. • Provides initial support with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Full-time, permanent position. • Pay is competitive and paid weekly.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. • Excellent customer service skills. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and the OSI network model. • Authorized to work in the US. • Familiarity with telecommunication technologies is preferred. • Understanding of routing and switching is preferred. • ITIL Certification is required for advancement.
