📋 Description
• The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role is critical in driving financial strategy and enhancing the overall financial performance of the company. • Must possess deep analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. • This role will work with financial analysts to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making processes that align with our business goals. • Leads the preparation, consolidation, and review of all consolidated financial plans and forecasts to assist the executive management team with resource allocation and strategic decisions. • Drives development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic financial and business intelligence systems and processes. • Assists in preparation of executive and board of director level periodic reporting, including monthly and quarterly operating reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• MBA, CPA, and/or other professional qualification preferred • 7-10 years of combined accounting, financial planning and analysis, and financial operations • Proven leadership and supervision skills
