Description

β€’ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. β€’ Identify Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional products and services that align with client needs. β€’ Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and presentations to keep clients informed about new features and offerings. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. β€’ Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements. β€’ Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account metrics and performance, ensuring targets are met. β€’ Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits and value of additional products and services.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the tech industry. β€’ Knowledgeable and experienced working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Companies β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. β€’ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
