β’ We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and maximizing the value of assigned accounts. β’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. β’ Identify opportunities to increase business and upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential. β’ Stay informed about the Corporate Stays portfolio of furnished rental apartments. β’ Skillfully negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. β’ Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. β’ Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred). β’ Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in the hospitality, housing, or real estate industry. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. β’ Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. β’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ C1 English level proficiency in both written and spoken communication, with C2 proficiency preferred. β’ Desirable proficiency in spoken and written French.
