β€’ We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. β€’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and maximizing the value of assigned accounts. β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. β€’ Identify opportunities to increase business and upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential. β€’ Stay informed about the Corporate Stays portfolio of furnished rental apartments. β€’ Skillfully negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. β€’ Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred). β€’ Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in the hospitality, housing, or real estate industry. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Exceptional problem-solving abilities. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. β€’ Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ C1 English level proficiency in both written and spoken communication, with C2 proficiency preferred. β€’ Desirable proficiency in spoken and written French.
