📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and maximizing the value of assigned accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Identify opportunities to increase business and upsell within existing accounts, maximizing revenue potential. • Stay informed about the Corporate Stays portfolio of furnished rental apartments. • Skillfully negotiate and renew contracts with existing clients, ensuring favorable terms and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. • Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably in the hospitality, housing, or real estate industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • C1 English level proficiency in both written and spoken communication, with C2 proficiency preferred. • Desirable proficiency in spoken and written French.
