Description

β€’ Account Managers support multiple accounts and lead on key company and client initiatives. β€’ They must manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver accountable results. β€’ The role requires strong client management experience and a deep understanding of the PR, strategic communications, and healthcare/biotech/medtech landscapes. β€’ They must develop and maintain deep knowledge of clients and the industry, provide strategic counsel, develop media strategy, and oversee team efforts. β€’ The position involves client discussions, strategic recommendations, project outcomes reporting, and billing management. β€’ Requires coaching and mentoring staff.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years (AM) to 7 years (SAM) healthcare agency experience or mix of agency and in-house pharma/biotech/medtech experience β€’ B.A. or B.S degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field β€’ Excellent time management skills and attention to detail β€’ Proficient at media materials development, excellent written and verbal communications skills β€’ Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collegial work environment
