• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day communications, insights, and performance reports. • Facilitate and lead regular client meetings, bringing in internal specialists as appropriate. • Manage tasks across internal teams (strategy, creative, and analytics) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals. • Develop project timelines, set clear expectations, and proactively manage workflow to avoid bottlenecks. • Present ideas and campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders in an engaging and understandable way. • Be the advocate for the client’s success and satisfaction internally. • As you see needs for the client, work internally to ensure they are met and support the Creative and Ads teams accordingly. • Recognize client risks (satisfaction or performance) and work to mitigate those risks. • Be the internal subject matter expert on the client, building strong relationships with them and understanding their goals, challenges, and industry nuances. • Manage a client dossier with all of the information and insight the advertising and creative teams need to serve the client. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging social platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure best-in-class service.
• Proven work experience as an account manager (or similar role) in digital advertising (3+ years). • Experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns, having technical knowledge of ads (ex: comfortable inside the Ads Manager). • Proven track record in handling multiple clients or projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on timeline and deliverable management. • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage both internal teams and clients. • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com , or similar) and strong organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and reporting tools to track and interpret data. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Positive attitude and deadline-driven. • Ability to work within continental US Time Zones.
