Description
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget and timeline. • Monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, clients, and project team members. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage project risks. • Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior management. • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Allocate and manage project resources to meet deadlines and optimize performance. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and project demos, gathering feedback to ensure quality. • Provide hands-on support for project planning, execution, and closure. • Assess project performance and implement recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of Project Management Experience, preferably in tech, MSP, or SaaS industry. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management certification preferred. • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Clickup, Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and user story creation.
