📋 Description
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the budget, timeline, and scope. • Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans. • Collaborate with PMO team to define and enforce project management standards and methodologies. • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and track performance through KPIs. • Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior management. • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. • Implement continuous quality control measures to uphold standards and drive improvements. • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently. • Monitor backlog items throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in the tech, MSP, or SaaS industry. • Experience with projects related to software development or IT services is highly valued. • Experience as part of PMO is a plus. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Clickup, Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing expectations and aligning project goals with business objectives. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and user story creation to guide the development process.
