β’ Independently responsible for the solicitation and development of new leasing business through effective personal relationships with prospective dealers and lessees (βclientsβ). β’ Holds individual accountability for specific sales tasks assigned by management. β’ Pro-actively calls on prospective clients to market leasing products and services. β’ Utilizes strong telephone skills to articulate the benefits of leasing through LEAF Dealer Solutions. β’ Displays consultation skills to successfully represent and sell financial products. β’ Provides new and existing clients with product information including rates and documentation requirements. β’ Maintains relationships with existing clients to retain goodwill and develop additional business. β’ Develops a referral network to assist in increasing the client base. β’ Projects a positive image in representing the Company to clients and the community. β’ Maintains professionalism and stays abreast of new developments through training. β’ Keeps advised on company policies and is prepared to communicate these to clients. β’ Maintains all records pertinent to daily production including weekly and monthly results. β’ Responsible for achieving monthly new business volume goals as established by the Company.
β’ High School diploma. β’ College Degree preferred, but not required. β’ Minimum of one to three years of related experience (preferably within the small-ticket leasing industry).
