• Leads risk analysis for complex initiatives • Develops and implements strategic approaches for in-depth risk assessments • Executing sophisticated risk management framework and programs • Drives enforcement of frameworks and assesses regulation and standards • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology practices • Coordinates preparation and response to regulatory engagements • Encourages innovation in risk management strategies • Provides advanced mentorship to mid-level analysts • Contributes to design and delivery of training programs • Maintains internal control standards and timely implementation of audit points
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience, or 11 years combined higher education and work experience in lieu of a degree • Expert knowledge of Technology and/or Cybersecurity risk principles • Minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience in specific Technology, Cybersecurity risk area • Experience in hands-on Risk Management role within the three lines of defense • Preferred Internal Audit experience • Ability to identify material gaps in processes and controls • Experience as risk management subject matter expert • Familiarity with Data Governance concepts and DCAM Framework • Ability to prioritize, drive and deliver multiple bodies of work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
