β€’ Manage a portfolio of high-value users, building relationships, addressing issues, and developing strategies to expand accounts. β€’ Handle inbound prospects, create custom offers, and onboard them into the portfolio. β€’ Proactively reach out to high-potential users and explore innovative ways to establish contact. β€’ Develop expertise in the proxy and networking industry to provide tailored advice and recommendations. β€’ Maintain detailed records of key accounts, tracking engagement, expenditures, and account details to minimize churn and support strategic decision-making. β€’ Set up and manage CRM, email systems, banner messaging, and data enrichment tools with a hands-on approach for testing and optimization.

Requirements

β€’ Around 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or account executive roles. β€’ Able to provide examples of successful account expansion, sales results, or client success outcomes. β€’ Experience in setting up and using CRM systems, email tools, and analytics without external support. β€’ Fluent English (C1)
