β€’ Develops business and retains & services clients for Ascentium Capital. β€’ Identifies and pursues new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. β€’ Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products and make presentations. β€’ Cultivates existing client relationships and addresses concerns. β€’ Communicates company products, services, and policies to clients. β€’ Negotiates sales terms to secure deals. β€’ Maintains thorough product knowledge and stays updated on industry trends. β€’ Ensures client paperwork is complete and submits it on time. β€’ Meets monthly quota goals consistently. β€’ Provides accurate sales reporting and attends business events.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) β€’ One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) β€’ Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals (preferred) β€’ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
