Description
• Develops business and retains & services clients for Ascentium Capital. • Identifies and pursues new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products and make presentations. • Cultivates existing client relationships and addresses concerns. • Communicates company products, services, and policies to clients. • Negotiates sales terms to secure deals. • Maintains thorough product knowledge and stays updated on industry trends. • Ensures client paperwork is complete and submits it on time. • Meets monthly quota goals consistently. • Provides accurate sales reporting and attends business events.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) • Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals (preferred) • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools (preferred)
