•Buscamos un Business Development Representative (BDR) con experiencia en prospección activa de clientes y manejo de CRM (especialmente HubSpot), para sumarse a un equipo en expansión dentro del sector de software para Recursos Humanos. •Esta persona será responsable de identificar oportunidades comerciales, generar leads calificados y colaborar con el equipo de ventas para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio. •Realizar prospección outbound a través de diferentes canales (email, llamadas, LinkedIn, etc.). •Calificar leads entrantes y asegurar un traspaso eficiente al equipo de ventas. •Utilizar y mantener actualizado el CRM (HubSpot) con información relevante de clientes potenciales. •Investigar y entender las necesidades del cliente para personalizar el pitch comercial. •Colaborar estrechamente con Marketing y Ventas para alinear estrategias de adquisición. •Participar en reuniones semanales de seguimiento y mejora de resultados.
•2 años de experiencia en roles similares (SDR / BDR / Ejecutivo Comercial). •Experiencia comprobada en prospección outbound B2B. •Manejo intermedio-avanzado de HubSpot como CRM. •Conocimiento básico de ventas consultivas en entornos SaaS o tecnología. •Habilidad para generar conversaciones comerciales con decision-makers. •Comunicación clara y persuasiva, tanto oral como escrita. •Mentalidad orientada a resultados y capacidad de autogestión. •Proactividad, perseverancia y curiosidad comercial. •Buen nivel de organización y seguimiento de tareas. •Experiencia en ventas de soluciones SaaS, especialmente en el sector de Recursos Humanos. •Experiencia previa trabajando en startups o empresas en crecimiento. •Manejo de herramientas de automatización de ventas o plataformas como LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
