Description

•EMAPPLY is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an Australian fragrance and consumer goods business. •Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues. •Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. •Work remotely and enjoy flexibility. •Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm SAST. •Salary: R260,000 - R280,000 P/Y.

Requirements

•Experience in customer support or a related role •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written •Strong problem-solving skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •Good organizational and time management skills •Empathy and ability to provide exceptional customer service •Proficiency in using customer support tools and software •Attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to work independently and in a team •Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
