Requirements

• Experience in customer support or a related role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Empathy and ability to provide exceptional customer service • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and in a team • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
