Requirements

β€’ Experience in customer support or a related role β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Good organizational and time management skills β€’ Empathy and ability to provide exceptional customer service β€’ Proficiency in using customer support tools and software β€’ Attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team β€’ Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
