β€’ No longer accepting applications β€’ EMAPPLY is currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist β€’ Responsible for providing excellent customer service and support β€’ Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance and solutions β€’ Opportunity to work remotely β€’ Hours: Monday to Friday, 1am - 9am SAST β€’ Salary: R260,000 - R280,000 P/Y

Requirements

β€’ Experience in customer support or a related role β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Good organizational and time management skills β€’ Empathy and ability to provide exceptional customer service β€’ Proficiency in using customer support tools and software β€’ Attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team β€’ Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
