β€’ Job Title: Marketing Manager β€’ Location: Remotely in South Africa β€’ Job Type: Full-time β€’ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST β€’ Monthly Salary: R32 000 (Negotiable based on experience) β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. β€’ Coordinate and support the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of content, paid ads, and social media initiatives. β€’ Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximise ROI and conversion rates. β€’ Manage social media and email marketing strategies, collaborating with the existing team to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement. β€’ Support website and e-commerce management (Shopify, WordPress), working with internal teams to optimise content and performance. β€’ Track, analyse, and report on key marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. β€’ Ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, working closely with leadership to drive lead generation, brand growth, and revenue impact. β€’ Liaise with external agencies and freelancers, enhancing execution and scaling marketing activities efficiently. β€’ Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
