• This position is open in South Africa • Role: Recruitment Consultant - Full-time (Remote) • Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm AEST - Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10) • Scope of the Role: Our client is seeking a dedicated recruitment weapon with a track record of hitting targets, ready to take on a new opportunity and push themselves to new heights. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, is motivated by results and is excited about the opportunity to work with an Australian company. You’ll play a key role in sourcing company leads, sourcing and placing top-talent candidates and driving our client’s success. • Key Responsibilities: • Full-cycle/360 recruitment: From sourcing leads or utilising existing leads, signing up companies, to managing the entire recruitment process. • Candidate Management: Source, screen, vet, facilitate or conduct interviews and initiate background checks on candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs. • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through to placement and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years proven experience in managing the full-cycle/360 recruitment process • Previous remote work experience no less than 1 year is non-negotiable • Fully-equipped home-office setup, with back-up power and good internet speed • Solid understanding of ATS systems • Excellent business development and account management skills • Proven ability in lead generation/sourcing leads and signing up companies (B2B) • Proven success in ongoing candidate placements • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets and delivering excellent service • Experience in utilising existing leads
