β€’ This position is open in South Africa β€’ Role: Sales and Marketing Manager - Full-time (Remote) β€’ Hours: 09:00am - 5:00pm AEST - Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10) β€’ Scope of the Role: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in the accounting and bookkeeping industry. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales and marketing plans/campaigns in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing both the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that all activities align within the company's goals and objectives. β€’ Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to ensure performance targets are met. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market demands and align with marketing strategies. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on key metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and promotional materials. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels. β€’ Excellent leadership and team management skills. β€’ Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β€’ High ethical standards and professional integrity.
