Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred • Ad agency experience required • Experience hiring freelance talent in creative roles • Experience placing freelance creative talent in a marketing agency environment • Solid understanding of the digital/advertising project lifecycle • Experience with process mapping • Organized, detail-oriented, and friendly • Strong relationship management skills • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
