• Partner closely with Mutiny & Trailer Park Group • Support agency operations and problem-solve • Manage tools enhancing operational efficiency • Coordinate resource meetings • Monitor workload to optimize allocations • Facilitate onboarding of new hires • Collaborate with project managers • Develop operational processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred • Ad agency experience required • Experience hiring freelance talent • Experience placing freelance creative talent • Solid understanding of the digital/advertising project lifecycle • Experience with process mapping • Organized, detail-oriented, and friendly • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Strong relationship management, influencing, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent organizational and planning skills
