Description

• The Mortgage Business Intelligence & Analytics team oversees all activities for the Business Intelligence platform. • Seeking an experienced Insights Analyst to grow our team’s analytic capabilities. • Focus on sales funnel, using statistical and observational analysis to identify effective sales leads. • Work with sales leaders to establish core reporting for day-to-day business management. • Conduct data synthesis and presentation, creating strong data visualizations. • Engage with stakeholders for pilots and conduct A/B testing. • Create standard reporting to track existing sales funnel performance and measure success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in an analytics role • BS in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience • Experience conducting research studies and A/B testing • Comprehension of core structured data and data warehouse concepts • Strong understanding of entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing • Mortgage experience required • Statistical analysis and modeling experience required • Expert level understanding of (MS) SQL and datamining techniques • Proficient with analytics programming language such as Python or R • Strong written and verbal communication skills
