• Join the myBlueprint team as Team Lead, Software Development (Core Services) • Create high-quality, scalable software solutions while leading a team • Mentor team members and guide their professional growth • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to foster an innovative team environment • Conduct code reviews, manage sprints, and ensure effective software delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with a focus on .NET • Strong knowledge of backend development concepts and best practices • Experience with RESTful API development and integration • Proficiency in SQL database design and management • 1+ years of experience leading a team of 3-5 engineers • Ability to estimate projects and assist project managers in creating roadmaps • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality code • Experience managing projects/tasks in an Agile/Scrum environment • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
