📋 Description
• Responsible for leading the data strategy and providing best-in-class analytical solutions to deliver insights that drive business decisions. • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic business questions and provide analytical solutions with data driven recommendations. • Define and implement a data strategy, overseeing the integration of disparate data sources and managing data pipelines. • Launch new data streams to support expanding business needs and enhance existing data sets to maximize value and drive efficiencies. • Perform advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights and support strategic initiatives. • Develop KPIS and optimize/maintain dashboards to track performance. • Enhance training to upskill cross-functional partners in accessing, understanding and interpreting data. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs, ensure quality and drive strategic partnerships. • Support data governance by helping to define and manage data quality definitions and rules.
🎯 Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. degree; or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ Years of proven experience in an analytical role • High data aptitude and analytic skills • Experiences with SQL and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Experience with complex reporting and data modeling • Critical Competencies: Building Relationships, Process Driven, Pushing Leaders to Scale Up, Purposeful/Strategic, Critically Evaluates, Coaches & Develops
