📋 Description
• Manage and actively participate in the monthly financial close process for all corporate entities and several practices. • Prepare monthly financials package and covenants calculation for lenders. • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures in keeping with GAAP and operational strategies. • Prepare regulatory, statutory reports, governmental surveys, and census. • Assist with year-end processes including audit and cash to accrual conversion. • Manages a team of accountants. • Participate in and lead special projects as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of ERP system, such as Oracle (NetSuite) • Excellent computer skills (MS Office/Excel) • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to establish and meet deadlines • Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability • Takes pride in their work
