Description

• Manages projects with some interdependencies to other systems and projects. • Creates project schedules and plans and works with functional leads to secure resources. • Accountable for projects completing within schedule baseline. • Creates risk management plan and strategies to enhance, avoid, transfer, or mitigate the risk. • Drives results independently with minimal supervision. • Evaluates change requests and makes recommendations to accept, deny, or defer the change. • Creates and manages project budgets. • Manages project costs to ensure project completes within cost baseline. • Facilitates project meetings and communicates with the project team, sponsor, and functional managers. • Mentors project coordinators and less experienced staff in business processes and project management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification. • Demonstrated ability to work directly with diverse business and IT technical team members in a strong team-oriented environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
