As we grow, we’re looking for a Director of Subscription & Lifecycle Marketing to own our subscription business, drive customer retention, and maximize lifetime value (LTV). • Position Overview: The Director of Subscription & Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for leading our blade subscription and customer retention strategies. This role is crucial in developing and implementing lifecycle initiatives that increase customer engagement, reduce churn, and elevate our subscription offerings. Working cross-functionally, you will own key metrics, drive continuous improvement, and strategize on how to grow subscriber engagement and loyalty while improving LTV. • Roles & Responsibilities: Own Subscription Business & Retention Strategy, Data-Driven Lifecycle Marketing & A/B Testing, Retention Channel Leadership, Enhance Subscription Experience Across Platforms, Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Requirements

• DTC Subscription & Retention Expertise: 5+ years in a DTC subscription or lifecycle role, with proven experience driving customer retention and LTV in a physical product environment. • Lifecycle Marketing Mastery: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail, along with proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, and Skio. • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to guide decisions and improve performance. You are comfortable with KPIs, metrics, and deriving insights to shape marketing strategies. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to creating a top-tier customer experience, with an understanding of customer needs and behaviors that drive loyalty and satisfaction. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to influence and collaborate with various teams to achieve goals, ensuring alignment and execution of strategies across the organization. • Organized & Agile: Entrepreneurial and organized, with a knack for prioritizing multiple initiatives within a fast-paced environment, delivering results and adapting to new challenges.
