📋 Description
• Manager of Endpoint Management Engineering to lead a team of engineers responsible for supporting and managing Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Management and Intune platforms • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft SCCM , Intune and Autopilot • Guide the implementation, configuration, and optimization of endpoint management technologies • Ensure the deployment and management of applications, operating systems, patches, and security updates across endpoints • Develop and execute endpoint management roadmaps • Collaborate with IT leadership to identify and implement new technologies and enhancements • Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational issues related to endpoint management • Oversee endpoint management-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and associated technologies • Familiarity with OSD (Operating System Deployment) • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) • Strong understanding of Packaging applications and deployment • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
