📋 Description
• Responsible for working with Supply Chain systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Displays working knowledge in Supply Chain Management Module/Supply Chain Data. • Manage complex problems and work with team members to ensure ticket resolution. • Work within Oracle to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports. • Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various systems. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations. • Provide data interpretation support by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate data collection and analysis, and enhance data visualization techniques. • Define and implement technical requirements within the Oracle ERP environment. • Conduct testing to ensure accurate and reliable Supply Chain Management reporting. • Provide user support and training on ERP analytics features.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelors - Preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • Experience: 3-5 years of experience 2-3 within Healthcare. • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • Certifications: Oracle Certification (Preferred).
