📋 Description
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Master Data Management Teams. • Collaborate with Functional Team Leads. • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Define and maintain the organization's data architecture. • Implement data quality assessment and improvement processes. • Develop and enforce data security and privacy policies. • Establish master data management (MDM) processes and systems. • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations. • Effectively manage team through workflow and delivery deadlines. • Facilitate effective communications among team members and leadership. • Delegate work according to prioritization from leadership. • Lead Data Stewards responsible for data modeling and database query activities. • Accountable for testing and validation of work product.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience. • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Excellent communication skills [both written and verbal] • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results.
