• Direct day-to-day activities of Master Data Management Teams • Collaborate with Functional Team Leads for data integrity and security • Establish data governance frameworks and standards • Define and maintain data architecture and integration processes • Implement data quality assessment and improvement • Develop and enforce data security policies • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • Manage team workflows and communicate effectively • Facilitate professional development of staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience • Experience in a shared service organization • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results
