📋 Description

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Master Data Management Teams • Collaborate with Functional Team Leads • Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of data assets • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards • Define and maintain the organization's data architecture • Implement data quality assessment and improvement processes • Develop and enforce data security and privacy policies • Establish master data management (MDM) processes and systems • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations • Manage the team through workflow and delivery deadlines • Facilitate effective communications among team members and leadership • Delegate work according to prioritization from leadership • Lead Data Stewards responsible for advanced data modeling and database query activities • Accountable for testing and validation of work product • Responsible for efficient and effective work processes of the Data Management team • Facilitate professional and skillset development of staff-level data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Master's Degree preferred • 9+ years of experience • Experience in shared service organization • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Professional presence • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results
