• Du liebst E-Commerce, bist voller Ideen und willst den Erfolg unserer Marke auf Marktplätzen mitgestalten? • Als Marketplace Manager verantwortest du die folgenden Hauptbereiche: • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktplatz-Präsenzen auf Amazon, Otto und weiteren Plattformen • Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Produktlistings inklusive Content, Bildern und Keywords • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien, Werbekampagnen (z.B. Amazon PPC) und Promotions • Operative Steuerung der Marktplatz-Aktivitäten sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung der Prozesse • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Kampagnenplanungen, inklusive Budgetierung, Zieldefinition und Erfolgskontrolle • Analyse relevanter KPIs, Erstellung von Reports und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung • Steuerung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände, Logistikprozesse und Retourenmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen • Beobachtung von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und neuen Funktionen der Plattformen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Online-Marktplätzen, insbesondere Amazon und Otto • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central und idealerweise OTTO Market • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und KPIs • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Performance-Marketing-Tools (z.B. Amazon Ads) • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
