Description
• Building a world where people can choose an alternative to a care home • Promoting Hometouch and the benefits of live in care • Creating a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach • Identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities • Researching partners and generating interest • Developing and growing pipeline to generate referral partners • Negotiating commercial terms with key partners • Managing/responding to enquiries • Securing care consultations and advising clients on solutions • Delivering a great experience to partners and maintaining relationships
Requirements
• Eligibility to work in the UK • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strategic thinker • Networking aptitude • Great multitasking skills • Attention to details • Previous experience as an outreach and partnerships manager in healthcare • Proven track record in developing relationships and delivering referrals that translate into revenue growth
