Description

• Development of markets and customers, achieving sales targets, providing customer service and key account management activities. • Lead and initiate projects or work as part of a project team as required, demonstrate excellent business acumen and strive to meet and exceed agreed financial and strategic objectives. • Implement national strategies for new and existing products and services (mapping out and building stakeholder relationships). • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders in key accounts. • Participating in all sales and marketing meetings. • Understanding sales strategies and transferring the UK marketing campaigns to a regional level. • Ability to articulate issues and business opportunities with relevant customers to secure long term strategic business opportunities. • Maintain and communicate on a regular basis a view of the strategic landscape within your Region to Commercial and Marketing Teams.

Requirements

• Excellent track record in sales with strong business acumen and analytical skills. • Strong industry experience in medical devices or a diagnostics background. • Familiarity with diagnostic industry practices preferable. • Thorough knowledge of UK healthcare industry and NHS. • Fluent in building / constructing compelling business cases. • Informal coaching and leadership of stakeholders. • IT – MS Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint, CRM system(s) Salesforce and Power BI.
