Description

β€’ Responsible for assisting in all aspects for all payroll processes β€’ Provide payroll information to employees, business partners and reporting agencies β€’ Engage in routine payroll activities to ensure payrolls are processed and distributed on time β€’ Pre-audit input data for accuracy β€’ Audit post payroll reports to ensure accuracy β€’ Research, resolve and identify corrections for payroll inaccuracies β€’ Respond to payroll inquiries and provide quality customer service β€’ Create and distribute payroll reports β€’ Coordinate the termination process in the Paylocity system

Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years payroll processing experience, including multi-state payrolls β€’ Ability to articulate the basic fundamentals of payroll processing β€’ Prior Paylocity Payroll Service, or similar payroll service provider experience β€’ Efficient user of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word β€’ Experience working in a shared services environment β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong multi-tasking skills β€’ Strong critical thinking, problem identification and solving skills β€’ Ability to operate a 10-key calculator β€’ Clean credit history as reported by credit report
