📋 Description
• Job Summary • The Director of Partner Relationships provides exceptional leadership and expert guidance in building and strengthening relationships with partner financial institutions and their key personnel, ensuring success for all stakeholders. • They will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the Wholesale Lending Division. • This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mortgage market, financial services industry, exceptional networking skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships. • The focus of this role is to assist financial institutions in enhancing mortgage lending capabilities through a proactive and consultative approach, building and increasing volume, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and identifying, developing and presenting solutions and strategies. • There will be some travel required for this role.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years in wholesale sales management • Demonstrated expertise in coaching and training • Strong presentation abilities • Background in B2B relationship management • Exceptional customer service skills • Experience in structuring loans • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Outstanding organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace is highly preferred
