Description

• Advise senior leadership on legal matters concerning corporate governance and healthcare regulations. • Led the legal team in managing litigation and regulatory inquiries. • Oversee contract negotiations ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance program to mitigate risks. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws and regulations. • Conduct regular risk assessments and foster a culture of compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree (JD) • Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction • 10+ years of experience in healthcare law, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations governing the healthcare industry, including Medicare-specific regulations (TCPA, HIPAA, etc.) • Strong understanding of legal and compliance best practices. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective legal and compliance programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
