In this pivotal role, you will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects and programs with high complexity, adhering to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints to deliver significant business value. • You will play a key role in supporting Portfolio Managers on large initiatives and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development in project management and professional skills.

🎯 Requirements

• PMI PMP certification required or • Preference will be given to candidates with PfMP or PgMP certification through PMI • Certification must be listed in PMI registry online • Expertise in budget management and financial reporting required. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in program management. • 5 years of external client-facing experience handling multiple clients at one time • Experience managing large-scale global projects, especially those involving coordination of multiple large teams and subcontractors across different locations. • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. • Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress. • Proven ability to use collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace for effective communication and coordination. • Expertise in Smartsheet entire suite including worksapps is preferred but not required • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to motivate and manage diverse teams, including subcontractors and internal staff. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Proven experience in mentoring and coaching junior project managers and team members. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes. • Exceptional ability to identify and handle project risks and issues, including dispute resolution and negotiation. • Proven ability to handle contract negotiations and project change orders
