• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and best practices. • Strong attention to detail in manual data entry and data cleanup. • Excellent documentation skills, including creating step-by-step guides with screenshots. • Ability to identify system issues and recommend improvements. • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams. • Prior experience in Salesforce optimization is preferred.
