Description
• Build a robust, high-performance indexing framework that supports both real-time and batch processing needs • Optimize Sui’s data infrastructure from end-to-end: write performance, storage footprint, read performance, scaling, reliability, and costs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of data platform solutions with first-party applications and the ecosystem at large • Serve as the technical lead on key projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time
Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on systems architecture, databases, and performance optimization with experience programming in either Rust or C++ • Extensive experience building and scaling high-throughput systems • Strong knowledge of data storage architectures, database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), and distributed computing • Postgres experience is highly desirable • Expertise in performance tuning and optimizing both system architecture and low-level services • Ability to lead technically complex projects and drive solutions from concept to production
