• Operatives Management: Sicherstellung der reibungslosen und termingerechten Durchführung aller operativen Aufgaben. • Kundenzufriedenheit: Proaktive Problemlösung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung. • Datenanalyse & Reporting: Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten, um Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zu überwachen und die Geschäftsleitung zu unterstützen. • Prozessoptimierung: Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter Workflows zur Maximierung der Produktivität. • Teamkoordination: Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen und Ergebnisse zu liefern.
