Description

• Topicals is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director, Financing & Accounting. • Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. • Ensuring fiscal health and integrity, developing financial strategies, compliance and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA a bonus • 5-7+ years experience in a senior accounting or finance role • Experience overseeing payroll and payroll database (preferably Gusto or similar) • Exceptional financial reporting, financial modeling and budgeting skills • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting tools such as Quickbooks • Experience in beauty or consumer products • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working under tight timelines • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
