Description

• Participate in executive-level discussions and decisions, representing the voice of the product and customer • Lead the development and execution of long-term product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals • Has a deep understanding of the product landscape and shares industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies • Collaborate to implement a design thinking framework and strategy across departments and teams • Continuously improve the product management process and Agile methodologies used by the team • Advocate for customer’s unmet needs with stakeholders • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements using data-driven metrics • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of product requirements • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers • Create content for product marketing materials • Collect, analyze, and interpret North Star metrics and market trends • Own the delivery of a 0-1 MVP product to market

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in education technology, product operations or program management • 5+ years of experience in leading matrixed teams and launching new innovative solutions • Domain knowledge experience • Utilizes market data, user data, and analytics to drive product roadmap • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience in juggling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, growing organization • Experience in curriculum products and market highly desirable
