🎯 Requirements

• Proven Product Management Experience: You have deep end-to-end product management experience with a track record of shipping amazing products and features (while failing fast along the way), used by a lot of people in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Acumen: You have a high-level understanding of AI and how LLMs work as well as ability to use SQL to drive insights from our data. • Customer Focus: You put yourself in the user's shoes and are adept at gathering and acting on feedback to drive product improvements. • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You geek out about data analysis and feel uneasy when you don't have metrics to back up assumptions. • Collaborative Team Player: You get on with people easily, love working in international teams, and can tactfully fight your corner when needed. • Curiosity: You are curious by nature and not afraid of questioning things deeply. • Nice-to-have • SaaS Experience: You have experience in the BtoB SaaS industry, particularly with AI-driven products. • Product-Led Growth Expertise: You have experience driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users. • Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code or write SQL is a big plus, helping you dive deeper into data and technical discussions. • Remote Work Experience: You're familiar with remote-first work environments and can effectively collaborate across time zones.
